ARGEN Viral RNA Purification Kit is designed for in vitro diagnostic rapid purification of viral RNA from fresh or frozen human or animal serum, plasma collected in EDTA anticoagulant, cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernatants and other cell-free body fluids.
Purified viral RNA is suitable for RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, viral detection, viral load determination and viral genotyping. All diagnostic results produced in conjunction with any subsequent diagnostic test using this kit should be interpreted in accordance with all relevant clinical and laboratory findings.
