The ARGEN GEL/PCR Product Purification Kit is designed for rapid recovery of DNA fragments from agarose gels (TBE/TAE) and rapid purification of PCR products after PCR amplification. Purified plasmid DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as PCR, endonuclease digestion, subcloning, transformation, ligation and sequencing reactions.
All diagnostic results produced in conjunction with any subsequent diagnostic test using this kit should be interpreted in accordance with all relevant clinical and laboratory findings.
